Nelson & Lucy Malaque
Nelson and Lucy and their three sons Nathan, David and Shadrach serve with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Butuan City, Philippines. Nelson serves the local pastors from Butuan City and the surrounding province by providing encouragement and pastoral care. Nelson and Lucy also work with the local churches to minister to the poor and build relationships. Nelson was recently installed as a chaplain for the government’s Moral Recovery Program in his community.
They are gifted evangelists, teachers, musicians and worship leaders. God continues to use their gifts in powerful ways as they surrender their lives to Him. They were married in 1997 and are both from a rural, farming background.
God has used many miraculous ways to supply their needs up to this time. As supported workers with The Second Tunic, we continue to seek God in providing for their support.
