Lou & Tanja Velasco
Lou and Tanja serve in Agdao, a district of Davao City, Philippines. They are working among the youth in a relational ministry. It is their desire to see the youth of Agdao transformed by the power of Jesus Christ so they will become agents of transformation in both their families and community. This ministry offers hope and healing to a troubled area.
Lou is on the board of directors of Oasis Ministries which provides education opportunities for poor children in the community.
Several years ago, Lou said, “I see the shadow of Jesus in the streets of Agdao.” Today the light of Jesus shines in the streets of Agdao.
